BJP slams Congress, says Robert Vadra fountainhead of corruption | India News

BJP on Saturday slammed Congress for its criticism of the ED raids towards associates of Robert Vadra, contacting the brother-in-law of Rahul Gandhi as “fountainhead of corruption”.

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra explained Congress used to phone Vadra a private citizen immediately after his name cropped up in corruption conditions but now the entire occasion stands driving him.

BJP defended raids by the investigation agency, proclaiming that impartial institutions are functioning in tandem with the Constitution underneath the Modi federal government and “law is getting its individual course”. “Congress feels corruption was its birthright and it experienced some kind of immunity from the legislation of the land just since they belonged to ‘first family’… Less than the Modi government, people who are corrupt are remaining investigated and this has sent a feeling of insecurity in the Congress quarters,” he stated.
