ED officials didn’t show any search warrant: Vadra’s lawyer | India News


NEW DELHI: Robert Vadra‘s lawyer reported on Friday that Enforcement Directorate (
ED) teams that raided the premises of 3 folks linked to his consumer did not exhibit any look for warrant.

In accordance to
ED
officers, searches were being conducted at the premises of 3 people joined to corporations of Vadra, son-in-law of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, in relationship with alleged commissions been given by some suspects in defence offers.

“They did not clearly show any lookup warrant, broke the locks and now preventing men and women from coming out,” Vadra’s attorney Suman Khetan reported.

He said
ED
officers questioned Vadra’s associates and alleged that “false proof” could be planted during the lookup.

The searches, carried out in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru, had been also similar to cases of assets held abroad,
officers mentioned.
