Hizbul terrorist arrested in J&K’s Kishtwar | India News


JAMMU: Two days following an agent of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence was caught in Kishtwar, law enforcement arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist from the district on Sunday.

Reyaz Ahmed, a resident of Sounder Dachhan region, was desired in many legal scenarios such as all those underneath the Arms Act. Ahmed allegedly applied to motivate overground employees affiliated to Hizbul Mujahideen and inspired Kashmiri youth to be part of militancy. He was also near to prime commanders of the outfit.

Kishtwar SSP Rajinder Gupta said a manhunt has been introduced for Ahmed’s accomplices and more arrests are very likely to follow.
