Modi govt considers farmers as liability: Rahul Gandhi | India News

MOHALI (Punjab): Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Monday attacked the BJP governing administration above the problem of work opportunities and farmers’ dues, indicating the Modi government considers farmers as a “legal responsibility”.

He also billed that each and every establishment in the country is remaining attacked.

Gandhi was providing his tackle just after the Involved Journals Minimal (AJL) announced the re-start of Hindi newspaper “Navjivan“. A commemorative publication was also introduced on the event.

“Primary issues are careers and dues of farmers,” he said, introducing, “anger is growing in the state”.

“The cause for this is that Centre is not in a position to give positions to youth. And this is the central challenge in advance of Narendra Modi,” he claimed.

“From the land of Punjab, I want to say this, be it the 21st century or the 22nd century, this country are unable to shift forward without having farmers. Food safety and farmers’ potential, without shielding these, the country cannot go ahead, this is cent per cent very clear,” he asserted.

“For work and farmers, Congress governments in states and at nationwide stage when our authorities will be shaped, will have to operate in a new way, with 21st century’s strategy and we can do this conveniently due to the fact we pay attention to the voice of India’s public,” he said.

“The Congress is preventing to protect establishments and we will earn. We will defeat the BJP in the elections and clearly show them their area. But we will have to go forward. These two problems — just one of positions and the other just one of farmers–will have to be solved,” he claimed.

Former Key Minister Manmohan Singh was among the those current on the occasion.
