VISAKHAPATNAM: Russian Federation Navy (RuFN) ships Varyag, Admiral Panteleyev and Boris Butoma arrived in Visakhapatnam Sunday to participate in INDRA NAVY-18, the bilateral maritime exercise in between the Indian Navy and the Russian Federation Navy.
